Courtenay Field is an up and coming 15 year old entertainer blessed with a strong, rich, and soulful voice. At age 11 she was awarded a bursary in the vocal category from the Celebration of the Arts – 2006; placed 3rd in the Junior Vocal category – York Region Talent competition – 2006. Courtenay has sung at various functions including, Prince of Wales Heritage Award ceremony, Polo for Heart and the Aurora Civic Awards.
She has performed at KingFest, Starbright Christmas Celebration at Stratford and Aurora Jazz+ Festival 2009. Courtenay was also the recipient of vocal scholarships and ‘Best of Class’ trophies from the Newmarket Lions Music Festival and the Newmarket Voice Festival. She is currently collaborating with fellow artist Braedon Garret on a rock album & will debut some of the songs at the Aurora Jazz+ Festival 2010. Courtenay’s other interests include acting, dancing, fashion & photography.

Braedon Garrett
Braedon Garret is the 16 year old musical talent whose musical repertoire extends beyond his age presumes. From age 4, he studied piano with various musical scholars including the well known “Madoka” and most recently, piano virtuoso Raymond Lorenzo achieving standards well beyond what some might presume. He then embellished upon his musical vocabulary and studied guitar for 6 years with the exceptional, recognized instructor Daniel Davies. Braedon also studied the art of musical theatre for 3 years with director/performer Jonathan Keith performing lead roles in two of his productions. In addition to the guitar and piano, the 16 year old is well versed with the bass, drums, saxophone, ukulele, and continues his musical adventure as he is now studying violin, flute, banjo, and mandolin intently to develop his inventory of mastered instruments. This leads many to view him as a prodigy whose articulation of each instrument continues to grow.
Not only is Braedon Garret a solo performer bar none he has been sought out by budding professionals as competition or band-mates, and novice musicians as a teacher. His repute as an instructor fits well with his stellar playing as he is known to recognize each student’s aptitude and works on a one to one basis, taking the time to applaud the strengths that each student possesses as a base with which to motivate each musician to maximize their ability to be the best they can be. For this reason Braedon continues to be an in demand multi-instrumental instructor. Braedon is also known to teach teachers as he has given lessons to well respected educators in York Region such as Norma Draper and Silvan Gayadeen.
As a working musician Braedon has performed for the notable musical supplier, The Arts Music Store and also with his various other bands including SOLD, The Republic of Us (a duo with Shane Milson and a Starbucks reoccurring favourite), and the Braedon Solo Band. Currently Braedon’s resume reads as a who’s who of musical venues from the diversity of Jonathan’s Restaurant to the Aurora Jazz Festival to The Opera House, with a catalogue of revenues in between.
